"finders fees" reimburse me for bringing them creditworthy

After I've analyzed your financial situation and goals, I
shop several lenders for the mortgages that best meet your
needs. Once you and I agree on the final choice, I place your
mortgage with that particular lender. Only after all the details
are taken care of and your mortgage is complete do I receive
my "finders fee" from the lender. This provides
strong motivation for me to keep your deal moving forward
to early completion!
Even though I can usually promise a discounted rate, I only
deal with first quality brand name lenders.
